Compré este suéter navideño para mi amiga en Suiza y le pedí a Juliet que añadiera un mensaje a mi pedido. Fue muy amable y me envió fotos de lo que había enviado y envuelto. I bought this Christmas sweater for my friend in Switzerland and asked Juliet to add a message to my order. She was very helpful and send me pictures of what exactly she had send and wrapped. She even added a little gift (hairclip). Overall an amazing experience and my friend in Switzerland is so very appy with it! Thank you!

Después de ver la película de Totoro, mi hijo de cuatro años pidió un Totoro de juguete. Dejó ofrendas de bellotas bajo el árbol del jardín con la esperanza de que apareciera una, ¡y así fue! Le encanta, duerme con él todas las noches y le explica cosas a Totoro. ¡Muchísimas gracias por un juguete tan genial y una experiencia tan fantástica!

After seeing the Totoro movie, my four-year-old son asked for a toy Totoro. He left offerings of acorns under the tree in the garden in the hope that one would appear- and it did! He loves it, and sleeps with it every night, and explains thing to Totoro. Thanks so much for a great toy and a great experience!
