How are your handicrafts made?
All our products are handmade by me (Daiana) using high-quality materials. I take pride in offering items that are both beautiful and durable.
Where do you source your materials from?
I source the materials from local suppliers who share our commitment to quality and sustainability. This ensures that our products are not only beautiful but also eco-friendly!
How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website. Simply add your desired items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards as payment methods as listed during the checkout process.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing! I offer worldwide free shipping for my handicrafts.
How long will it take to receive my order?
I process my orders typically within 1-5 business days. Shipping times depend on your location, but I’ll give you a tracking number so you can know where your order is at any given moment.
What is your return policy?
I don’t offer refunds or replacements, because every handicraft is unique (it’s handmade!). However, if your order got damaged in transit, please contact me.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All my handicrafts are well packaged, but if you want a gift the best is to buy a Magical Box, which are my thematic gift boxes. If you want to put a message inside the parcel, I can handwrite one, just let me know on the order notes.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Yes, but make sure to contact me as soon as possible! I cannot cancel the order after I’ve sent the parcel.
Why is there different pricing depending on the location?
I have to charge you VAT depending if you live in the European Union or not. If you are inside, you get prices with VAT. If you are outside, you get prices without VAT.
