Welcome to My Juliet House (hereinafter referred to as “MJH” or “we” or “us”). MJH is an online e-commerce shop specializing in the sale of handicrafts. MJH takes reasonable care to ensure that product information and pricing are accurate and up-to-date. However, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing or product information error, MJH reserves the right to cancel or modify your order and notify you of the change.
6. Payment and Refunds
Payment for products is due at the time of order. MJH accepts credit/debit cards via Stripe, a secure payment provider. Since our articles are exclusively made handicrafts, refunds will not be issued, unless specified.
7. Shipping and Delivery
MJH will ship products within a month of receiving your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
8. Product Return and Exchange Policy
MJH does not offer any return/exchange policy for defective or damaged products. However, please contact us in case your order is damaged in transit. We will give our best effort to try resolving the situation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, images, and graphics, on the Service is the property of MJH or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any content from the Service without our prior written consent.
10. Warranty and Liability
MJH does not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding the quality, safety, or fitness for purpose of any products sold through the Service. You agree that your use of the Service is at your own risk.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MJH, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or breach of these T&Cs.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Málaga, Spain. Any disputes arising from these T&Cs shall be resolved first through formal communication (our contact form). If it’s not possible to solve without a third party, a trial can be initiated in Málaga, Spain.
13. Entire Agreement
These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between you and MJH regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral.
14. Amendments
MJH reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
My handicrafts are only published once finished. Once you order, I package them and ship them to you, free of charge.
